One & Only Kea Island
The One&Only opens on one of the most charming Greek Cycladic islands. Each of the 73 villas and 40 private homes feature a private pool and garden dramatically hugging the cliff sloping down to the resort’s private beach club. Resort facilities include an acclaimed Chenot Spa, kids-only program, and watersports marina.
The Surrey
Corinthia hotels partner with acclaimed British hospitality moguls, the Ruben Brothers, to relaunch a New York institution on the Upper East Side, the Surrey. The newly redone hotel will have only 100 rooms and 14 residences and an outpost of Casa Tua with its own private membership club.

Located on a small island off the coast of Okinawa, the new Rosewood will be the first luxury island resort in Japan with just 55 private villas all with private pools and unobstructed sea views.
