Meredith Weil is a certified Vimana aerial yoga teacher who has been teaching students how to fly throughout studios in Miami. She believes improving the life of others is the vehicle for the improvement of our own. Through teaching yoga, her holistic coaching practice, and her own journey of transformation from corporate warrior to a more fulfilling creative path, she impacts the life of others in a positive way and assists them in their own process of self-discovery and transformation.
Through her practice and teachings she discovered aerial yoga allowed students to go deeper into their practice, expand their range of motion and flexibility and get into poses that may be out of reach to them on the mat. Best of all, aerial yoga is fun way to connect with your inner child and play whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi. In addition, the aerial practice presents challenges that help students to build confidence and overcome fears, tools they can take and use in other areas in their lives.
After coping with shoulder injuries and sciatica pain 10 years ago that limited her mobility, Meredith discovered yoga to destress her body and mind. She later became a RYT200 certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach. She received her yoga training from an intensive Gentle Therapeutics mentorship program with Master Yogi Allaine Stricklen. She also teaches alignment and restorative classes and is a certified stand-up paddleboard yoga teacher available for private and/or group lesson. If Meredith learned to fly, so can you!
