WX: How did you begin your Journey of Living a Conscious Lifestyle?
I left my career in Investment Banking to pursue something that would bring joy and help raise the vibration of the people around me... I knew I could stay in finance but that wasn't my work in this world.
WX: What are your Personal Wellness Rituals or Routines?
Epsom salt baths, quiet time reading and meditating, lots of sleep!
WX: Is there a particular place in the World that inspires you most?
Being out in nature where there aren't people around, whether it's Antarctica, the Galapagos or African safari.
WX: What are your essential items to Pack for a Wellness Retreat?
Comfortable clothes, bug spray, my mat, a sense of adventure
WX: If there is one thing you hope for people to take away from your Retreat what would it be?
A feeling of accomplishment
WX: How has your Yoga & Spiritual practice changed your life?
It's changed the way I see the world and interact with the world around me. In business school you learn to see everything as a negotiation and learn to maximize what you get. In yoga you maximize what you give.
Handstands, scuba diving, heli skiing
A stretchy but challenging flow
